  • 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh, frozen or canned and drained)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup cold water

Directions:

1. Put all ingredients in a blender. Put lid on tightly.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour into cups or glasses. Serve chilled.
